I love this product. Actually going to order some more right now! I only took 1 capsule at night, two left me feeling groggy in the am. I weighed 165lb at 5'8 size 8 pants (sometimes 10 if it's not stretchy). I'm now 147lbs and wearing size 6, (4 if it's stretchy 😉) in less than a 2 month timeframe. My appetite in the am and during the day is crushed until the late afternoon. I could still eat if I wanted to, but I'm not grazing all day like I usually would be. I also notice that I felt fuller with smaller portions. The best part is I never noticed any side effects. I tried to take the fusion burn (daytime) in combo with this in the beginning but was only able to take the fusion burn 1 or 2x. It made me feel too jittery (fusion daytime).

Best sleep of my life. I’m military and work a crazy schedule so I take these to help me sleep an hour before I go to bed. I used to ty and take melatonin but I never reached REM sleep and always woke up tired but not this this pill. I wake up so refreshed. They knock me out. I haven’t paid attention to my weight on a scale but I feel like I see a difference in the mirror in my waist and back fat areas even after the past 2.5 weeks of not working out and not eating the healthiest. I’ll actually monitor my weight this time and I’m back to the gym so I’ll review it in another month again for progress.

After using this product I noticed that I was not waking up hungry (as I usually do most mornings). It also helps with my sleep! I often get woken up at night by noise, but with this, I am able to get great sleep. The bottle itself is small and compact. Great for traveling!
