Q: Where is this product made?

The lint brush doesn’t say and I already threw the packaging away. These are slightly defective though. They work but only with one hand. You should be able to use both hands to get the left and right side while wearing clothing but because the nap of the fabric was put on incorrectly it means you can only use them with one hand. That makes it very inconvenient if you are trying to use them while wearing the clothing. We do use them but my son and I help each other get the side of the body that we can’t get ourselves due to th e nap of the fabric going the wrong direction.

Q: can these be rinsed off?

Hello Caitlin, of course it can be rinsed off. I use warm water and rake the lint off with my finger and then allow the brush to air dry. Like it's brand new.

Q: Is this the one that's like Velcro?

It’s not like Velcro. More like a velvet feel but picks up lint when brush the nap the opposite way of that feeling.
