Norpro Nonstick 10-Inch Springform With Glass Base, One Size, As Shown

This is the best springform pan I have purchased. It's big enough!!! A 9" pan just won't handle the standard 9" cheesecake like this will, especially if you want to add a topping. It's heavy, non-stick, and the glass bottom is much nicer to serve from than the usual aluminum/metal bottoms that most springforms have. The glass is heavy too...doesn't look like it would break easily. Over all, for the price, I think this is a great deal and I rate it high. I'm very happy with this pan.

I gave this to my daughter as a gift and she loves it. The cheesecakes are awesome so I think it works.

This pan stacks up against your average springform pan, but with the bonus of a glass bottom. The glass helps bake the crust more evenly, avoiding the hardened burnt-crust flavor that metal pans sometimes get. The non-stick aspect works beautifully as well, no need to wash the sides with butter like with regular springforms.The only negative is that it isn't very tough. I slipped and dropped it into my sink, and the bottom edge dented a little. This affects the seal at baking, but since most springforms leak a little, it's no big loss.A great pan for the price.

I use this for baking every week. It works perfectly, no scratch, easy to clean, the spring ring works fine. Great price. I will likely by another one for when I bake 2 cakes at a time...

This is a great product. However, the nonstick coating peels off too easily after just a few uses. It needs to be made much more durable.

Leaked all over the oven, which then smoked and set off the alarm and made the cheesecake inedible from the smell. Also, the latch wouldn’t pop open after baking rendering it NOT a springform. Just a leaky pan. This all in the FIRST usage.

I bought 3 of these for myself and fell in love!! Then I bought 2 for a friends birthday who not loves the pans but now ME TOO!!
