Super useful
I bought some period panties to try to cut down on using disposable tampons and pads. However, the brand I bought (I'm sure you can guess which brand I'm talking about) are stupid expensive. And since my flow goes from a trickle for a day or two, to a downpour for two'ish days, then back to a trickle for the remainder, I didn't want to spend $25+ on panties for all the super light days. These are PERFECT! I use them when I start to spot, switch my heavier duty period panties when the flood gates open, then back to these for the 4-5 days when it goes back to a light flow. I've worn them at work and not had any issues.I do use a sea sponge too on occasion which is not very leak proof and, for me, I'm not quite sure these would cut it with the sea sponge unless I was somewhere I could wring the sponge out periodically throughout the day. When I'm at work I don't have access to a bathroom I can do that in, so I still wear my heavy duty panties with the sponge on heavy days because I can have some insanely bad leaks with it that I don't think these panties would contain unless I was on a lighter day.I've washed them twice and they are holding up perfectly. Since my expensive period panties can't be thrown in the dryer I also pull these out with them and air dry them so I honestly don't know if they would hold up to regular dryer use or not. One of them did make it through a drying cycle by accident the first time and I honestly can't tell which one it is. So I'm guessing an accidental tumble in the dryer every so often won't be bad. They are cheap enough that if you do find out they won't stand up to regular dryer cycles then it's not the absolute end of the world to buy a new pair. These aren't the most attractive of panties, but they aren't terrible. I feel like they look like what a doll wears. But honestly... who cares? They were bought for the very useful purpose of cutting down on disposables and getting me comfortably through my period, every article of clothing I own doesn't also have to serve the purpose of making me look more appealing.

Definitely recommend!
I ordered 2 packs of these and they arrived in a timely manner. I have very heavy periods (I bleed enough for 3-4 women) and these were definitely put to the test. I wear a pair of these and use a menstrual cup (it does say on the package to use WITH tampons, pad/pantyliner, or a menstrual cup). I woke up on Day 2 of my period and I could already tell that I was going to need to go to the bathroom and clean up a HUGE mess. I was very pleasantly surprised that it didn't soak through! No more Depends with a pad up the back anymore!!! I immediately ordered 2 more packs and those came really quick (I think 2 days) Just in time for me to need the 2 packs I had just ordered. Definitely worth the purchase. In the long run, you will save so much money not having to buy pads and panty liners. I also highly recommend a menstrual cup in conjunction with these. (Tampax just came out with menstrual cups, btw!)

No more bloody jeans and sheets!
My 11 year old daughter just started her periods this past summer, and is still irregular and getting used to things. I got her these not knowing what to expect. Before buying these there were sheets and jeans with stains to deal with every period, nevermind stained underwear. This first period with her new underwear there were NO stains on anything other than underwear at all (she was wearing these when her period started in her sleep) I just had to hand wash her new underwear! no big deal! I'm getting her 3 more pairs. :)

Return customer!
I bought one 3 pack and loved them so much that i bought another 3 pack for me and a pack for my teenage daughter. They do stain, bummer but who is looking when its that time of the month? Rinse them in cold water as soon as uou take them off and it will help it not stain. I wash with tide pods on cold and TRY to reme.ber not to throw them in the dryer but ive dropped the ball on that many times and they survived. I use these in combination with washable pads for the first 3 days of my period and alone for the last 2 days. Works like a charm. I havent had a single leak or overflow. These might not be best if youre trying to use them alone the whole time. That might be a bit much for them to handle. They do pull fluid away from your body so thats great. You dont feel wet and mushy. They arent stiff and they fit like any other brand of panties this style. Im 5ft4 and 145lbs currently and the Large just fits. In the summer i was around 125-130 and the large fit perfect with a tiny bit of extra room and i could fit a medium as well at that time. I will be placing an order for another pack of Larges next week and that will make it my 3rd purchase.

Glad I finally ordered these
I've been looking at these online for months not sure if they'd be worth it. They totally are ! I'm 5'4", 160 lbs and wear a size 10 in jeans. Other reviews said they ran a little small so I ordered a Large (usually wear a medium in underwear). They fit fine, maybe slightly loose, but they're ok for now. They are comfortable and come up high enough for coverage but not too high that they show above my waist band. My cycle is pretty heavy the first 2 days and I always worry about leaking and try to stay close to home. These gave me the confidence to leave the house and not worry about leaking through my pants. Pads stick to these just like they would to normal underwear. I didn't notice any swishy sounds when I was walking like other have mentioned. I'm thinking about buying another set.

Thin design but super effective
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. When I first opened these I was like there’s absolutely NO way this is going to protect against leaks. It’s not padded in any way, it’s actually quite thin. HOWEVER I was very wrong. I did a water test (as shown in the photo), and the water never soaked through to the other side even after 10 minutes. How much can this hold? Now, that I am unsure of but I am only using it as extra protection with my cup, and it 100% has me feeling confident about it. The thin design makes it comfortable, and it fits well, even with the “menstrual bloat”. I will definitely be purchasing more.

Food for a short time
Definitely leak proof and so comfortable, however because of the leak proof material, there was no breathability or moisture wicking, so I felt wet, had to change the more often than I thought and wearing them while in a warm room or in the summer was uncomfortable.

Be Careful Read Reviews!
There are PROS & CONS to these underwear. The CONS are definitely straight away are NOT meant for menstrual cycles. Unless u wear a tampon then I can see these being worn for that purpose. (2) if your a light bleeder & wear liners sure. But from experience (and no I didn't buy these to wear w/o some sort of protection) I wore these using my normal panty liner & the inside wear the "protective" area is, the sticky part of the pad didn't want to stay put, even with the pad with wings... then let me get to the part when to washing them. I followed their directions, did not put them in the washer, I soaked them & hand washed accordingly, halfway through the wash I noticed the "protective area" started to crack inside... thought nothing of it (mind u it was not the most pleasant thing to do & never got the stains out) hung it up to dry. After it was dried I went to fold them up & it felt like the entire middle of the underwear was shattered... there was no firmness like before & part of the stitching was coming apart/away from the garment itself... just as I suspected, a tiny piece of the middle was coming out. Now, for LBL (light bladder leaks) I'm sad to report that these are not made for that. I again have to wear some sort of panty liner 24/7... I figured, well if it won't work for 1 thing maybe it will work for the LBL issue some of us ladies might experience. NOPE. Same problem, the panty liner wont stay put & I wear Poise pads, no wings.. the pad shifted all the time, & when I had a coughing episode etc I thought ok, well if my pad shifted while coughing at least underneath it will protect me. Sadly, no I soaked right through. I ended up hand washing the 2nd pair as well & had a better outcome. No breakage inside after washing them. Hung to dry & folded them... I still have 1 pair left & I'm not sure if I want to use it... to me, these were more of a hassle than anything. I'd rather spend the $30 for actual LBL underwear & be able to wash & dry them like normal underwear a few times.IMO choose wisely on what ur going to use these for, like the old saying goes "You get what you pay for " and exactly what I did.

Runs small but excellent performance
It is smaller than expectedSecond update... after testing it all day without any extra backup, these have not leaked at all! So if you have a light to medium flow, you can absolutely wear these as your main option. Giving these an extra star💖Update... I just began my period and instantly the size (even though got it on) effected my mood! If smaller clothes affect your anxiety level, buy a size or 2 up.

Great value
I bought these as leak backup on heavy days; not a replacement for tampons. I have a copper IUD and have 2 days where I use a super plus. I would sometimes leak through those in less than 3 hours and hated wearing a giant pad just in case. These are very full coverage (entire butt, which I am not used to) but come under the bellybutton which I am thankful for. The thick parts span wide which is great and you don't feel it. The moisture-wicking is okay but not the best (for any discharge, etc.). They wash up fine and I would hang to dry.For the cost they really are a nice thing to have and way better than wearing a pad/worrying about leaking.
