Very straightforward and great for beginners
I've never attempted a keto diet since I didn't know where to begin and didn't understand what it would include. But "20 Minutes Keto Diet Book" broke everything down for me like a textbook, and I now have a lot better understanding of it. The introduction is fantastic . I work in the restaurant industry, and there are times when you may read a recipe and have no idea how to create it. But now with this book, cooking various keto recipes is possible. My eyes were considerably bigger than my stomach when I initially started going through this cookbook as all of these dishes seemed fantastic, and I wanted to attempt at least a few of them. This book was straightforward and to the point, but it yielded an excellent dishes for each person in our family and it left us delicous leftovers for tonight. Last night, my boyfriend and I decided to make Fried chicken with broccoli and iceberg burgers while recovering from a cold. After two days, the spices and flavors compelled me to prepare the same recipes again and this time they turned out even better. If you ask me why, i would say that the serving sizes and the amount of ingredients are so accurate that even the novice keto cooker would enjoy the perfection of the recipes. Breakfast and vegetarian recipes are my favorite parts of the book. "Chicken CHilli" and "Ham Croquettes" are two dishes I'd want to try. I like how there are a variety of recipes and alternatives to select from. All of the dishes take less than 20 minutes to prepare. Ingredients, cooking directions, cooking time, and nutritional data are all clearly stated and easy to understand. While this cookbook appears to be the definitive resource for Keto meals, it also serves as a short reference to your keto needs. It makes it even easier for individuals who aren't great in the kitchen to prepare delicious meals and improve their health. Now that I've read this book and looked at the recipes, I realize and think that this diet may help you lose weight. In a nutshell, it's about eliminating carbohydrates. I understand that with a change in diet, a little exercise would be beneficial, but with these recipes, you will be able to speed up your metabolism. Highly recommend it

Decent book
Good, easy to follow recipes and even a meal planner at back of book.Only gripe would be....could have included more recipes!

I had bought many diet cookbooks as well as keto diet books in the past but none of them was as interesting as this new book. I was afraid to try this out but soon ive noticed that most of the dishes in this book centred on eating modest quantities of lean and green foods throughout the day, as well as particular fuelings, to fulfil your body's needs. That was the reason i could make my mind to stay on this as long as i lose weight. The first week i lost only half a kilo but it was only because of some cheat meals i ate during the week but only after 2 weeks my weight loss because about 2-3 kilos a week. I knew that i might need to stop somewhere but because i had many dishes left to try, i decided to make them one by one and taste all of them. For me, it looks like someone went on google and search for "Keto meals", the copied and pasted in the book.
