Puchased this product along side the matching conditioner, hair-mask, and leave-in. The shampoo has a conditioning effect; meaning, your hair isn't squeaky clean, but it makes it seem as though, you don't need a conditioner because the shampoo leaves your hair smoother.The product is clear (see-through) and comes out quickly like water so be careful! LOL. It lathers mildly and rinses smooth.I do recomment the conditioner. The conditioner is light like water and soaks in right away (similar to the hair mask). THe conditioner in my opinion helps define and fulfill my curls.All of the products in this line for curly hair have the same scent/fragrance. The smell neither smells good nor bad to me. I prefer fruity scents which is why it doesn't smell good to me. The scent is more of a fragrant processed smell? Meaning it definately does not stink, but it is a company defined scent that cannot be duplicated.. if that makes sense? Like I said, it doesn't stink so I will def use it!I often use products such as mizani, motions, organics olive oil, organix coconut, etc...
