SUPERB SHIELD FOR PEACE OF MIND
I take my furry companion out to the rugged outdoors daily for her exercise and fun exploration activities. Some of the areas we cover are littered with potentially injurious things such as thorny plants, rocks with jagged edges, and sharp rock fragments. And when she jumps over these, I want to be sure that she will not get hurt when she lands. This vest gives me peace of mind. I strongly recommend it not only to those who go out hunting with their dogs, but also to those who take theirs out to the country for some vigorous activities.Obviously, much thought had been given to this vest when it was designed.There are two protective parts — the chest panel and the underbelly panel. These are sturdy enough even to afford protection against, as claimed by the manufacturer, barbed wires. What also impresses me is that the underbelly panel even affords protection for the dog’s genitals.A short elastic part each connects the chest panel, the straps, and the strap anchors to the underbelly panel. If I may say so, this is a brilliant idea. These elastic parts make for a flexible movement — or, a ‘give’ — and thus provide comfort, which a rigid assembly would not offer.

Rubbed my dog raw
For a vest that was designed to not rub or Chafe it chewed up my dog pretty good. Would not buy again
