Good alternative to standard pull buoy
I needed to shift my body position from a normal pull buoy. This works much better. I saw some complaints that the buoy pops loose when during flip turns. You have to clamp your ankles, which is not a big deal. It is is even harder with a pull buoy.

More natural than pull buoy
I am a moderately good/strong swimmer ( for someone who basically started over age 60) and this has a more natural feel to training than a traditional swim buoy. Not a big difference but I do like and prefer it.

It will take some adjustments but I like it so far
I am still adjusting to the style but I like it so far. I have larger ankles and it fits but is easy to get off and I'm still learning the best way to get them on as I need to work on flexibility. Glad I tried this style to replace my old failing traditional style.

Horrible design
Impossible to put on in the water, and almost as difficult out of the water. Openings too small for my relatively average ankles, and when you bend the opening to put it on it feels like it will split at the seam. Great idea but major design flaws that need to be addressed. Just put one shaped piece of foam with two elastic straps for your ankles stapled into it.

It works but it's not for me
It works but packaged very poorly. I'm thinking of getting the other ones where it's not connected so I can kick a little still. It feels weird because the legs are restricted. It does do what it's supposed to though.

super helpful after injuring my knee
I injured my knee and wanted something to limit the movement of my legs while recovering. Saw someone else using this product at the pool so I ordered it. It does the trick. Another benefit is that I use it as kickboard and it has helped me keep my knees together during flip turns. I am old and have not had any problems getting it on or keep it on. Works much better than the regular pull buoys for me.

Great Device!
Am thoroughly pleased with this device. Much better than a pull buoy between my thighs! Doesn't slip and no need to grip. Encourages core engagement. Works as a front float for kicking.
