There's absolutely nothing to like about this screen protector. Let's first start with the cost. It's 3 times more than the leading competitor. Given the cost, this thing should apply to a brand new Surface 8 Pro screen without issue. I cleaned the screen as the instructions state and applied this and had bubbles all over and a streaky line across the screen. I tried to work the bubbles out and even tried to re-apply the screen protector. This thing looks terrible. I contacted support and provided my order # and pictures and their response is to please send them some pictures and order info. I already did! So not only do I have an over priced screen protector, I now have one that the company won't even warranty because they keep repeating the same thing over and over. Terrible customer support and most importantly, terrible product! I did not have this issue with my Surface Go UAG glass protector so I can't say it's a quality issue for all of their lineup...

Dear Seller, my surface pro 8 comes with a pen as standard. After using this glass film the pen cannot charge through the glass. Then how can you say this is designed for Surface pro 8? What can be done? If I can’t use my pen then this product isn’t designed for it then… pls give advice or I will need to return.
