The military time (24 hour) and the normal time (12 hour) setting are the same. When the normal time is set, the dial shows P, and then continue to increase the time is the military time（the dial did not shows P）. Loop like this, It is very simple to set the cycle.
Step 1: Put the watch in the normal display mode. At this time, press the MODE button three times and see the "second" start to flash.
Step 2: Press the RESET button, at this time the "minute" starts to flash, press the RESET button again, the "hour" starts to flash.
Step 3: Keep pressing the SATRT button until the 24-hour military time starts to display（the dial did not shows P）. Just set the time you need.
Step 4: After setting the required time, press the MODE button to return to the normal display mode

How to turn on/off ALM
Dear! In normal mode ,If ALM is displayed on the screen, Press and hold the RESTER button, then press the START button to turn off or turn on the alarm! When the light is not good, press the LIGHT button on the watch to turn on the backlight to provide night vision.
In normal mode press MODE key twice to enter Alarm mode, then press START key to ON "ALM" function.
