Love these for back pain. They stay well; I have tried other but stuck stick very well. I

Total error on my part not reading the description enough, but these are actually "wraps" that go around the waist and fasten over the stomach as opposed to the sticky lidocaine back patches. These are like the portable hand and feet warmers that activate when shaken and provide heat. I tried them and they do heat up so it's nice having that when on the go versus a heating pad, but I prefer the lidocaine patches. I am a bit "thick" so the bands are tight. Again - that's on me, not the product. These may work great for some, just not what I need.

I started using these in the hospital for pain and purchased more after discharge. They take ~ 20 min to get fully warm but last me 8-12 hrs. I use them direct on skin or over clothing depending on what I’m wearing and doing. I highly recommend.
