Tip of the century when it comes to these.
These work pretty good. And you avoid that split second adrenaline dump you typically get setting an old fashioned one. However, I don't just set these out of sight, out of mind and go check them periodically. I put them in my garage where I tend to hang out a lot of the time. So when I first started using them, I'd get a mouse and then have to listen to the anguished cries as it struggled and languished until it finally expired. Now I'm not one to feel a ton of pity for vermin, but this was too much for even me to bear. It really bothered me listening to them. Because it takes forever. And bagging them up alive & throwing them away would make me feel even worse. Soooooo. After the first couple of times, the solution hit me like a lightening bolt. This may sound bad, but trust me it's waaaaay more humane than the alternative. Drown em. Fill a 5 gallon bucket and grab a pair of extra long needle nose and just hold em under for 30-45 seconds and it's done. You can thank me later...

BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
First attempt. I heard the mouse digging and saw it. I put the sticky pad down in front of where it was digging and waited. About an hour later, I saw the mouse with its feet propped up on the edge, avoiding the sticky.Second attempt. I saw the mouse enter a space with only 2 ways in or out. I put a sticky in front of both. One end, the mouse stopped short. The other end, THE MOUSE JUMPED OVER IT.UPDATE after a few weeks. continued to use and found a regular pathway. put a few down and only during the dark is when they seem to step on these things. perhaps its a vision thing and not a chemical thing. Upgrading to 5 stars from 1 as I have caught 4 of those little buggers in a week. There is something in the sticky part that the mice know to avoid.DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This glue trap is really good.
This worked incredibly well, to an absurd degree.I opened up the package and tore the trays in two as instructed and placed them on the floor where I had seen a mouse a few days ago. In the literal 5 seconds it took me to turn around and sit on the couch I heard a thump and some scratching sounds. I look over and see a little field mouse already on the trap. This works so well.In my opinion you still have to carry out the grim business of putting them out of their misery but that's much easier to do when they are stuck.

Good for small mice.
These are great for mice. Large rats can get off this trap.

Work effectively
Definitely work. 3 mice on 1 trap & 2 on another In 1 day. No they mice did not die & we did have to take care of that ourselves, however, that as opposed to the contamination & damage they bring to the home Is far more important than the humane or inhumane factors. Rodents are very smart & very effective at devising way to work around the other traps we had been using.I kept the traps together & used as one for 2 reasons. 1. More sticky area to get around in the tight places the maneuver & 2. They mostly get trapped on 1 side so the other side can be folded over for safe pick up.All In all an effective product.

Fastest most effective option!
Wow! I'm amazed how fast and effective these are! I put some down as soon as I received them I caught the mother Mouse that night and the very next morning I went to work by the time I came home I had caught all eight baby mice and another adult Mouse it's been several days now and there are no more mice.I've been trying to catch these mice with snap traps for months to no avail. I was initially very worried about the mice suffering because the death would not be instant but oddly enough I think most of them got their mouth stuck in the glue and suffocated and the one that screamed and screamed and I didn't know what to do so I zipped them up in a gallon ziplock.

They work
They work..I have an acre in town.. they started developing land around me a few years ago, and i've had a huge problem with mice.. I've tried sound devices. Electrocution, rat traps, old fashion mice traps, I catch a one or two here and there. But I see them running around, See their feces.. hear them.. I got fed up when they are my dishwasher and oven.. and I bought these. It's been 2 days I've caught TWELVE.. HOLY COW.. I'M finally winning the damn war

Work as advertised, but not that effective overall.
The quality is good, but the dirt and dust that blows into the glue when used outside hinders the effectiveness of using glue traps in general. Sometime the rats get away after stepping in the glue and other times they stay put and die. The mechanical snap traps seem to work better for me along with poison blocks.
