I am giving them 1 star for installation and 5 stars for how they look once installed. Used in our newly remodeled bathroom with crystal and silver accents. We have two doors so bought two sets. I have to say the installation into a modern door was a total pain. Our very good friend, a 30 year carpenter came over and installed. He ended up gluing the half circles of wood into the hole area because they would not stay in. So we had to glue it and wait a week. Then the screws didn't line up with the wood. After a couple hours of tweaking and some expletives, the handles were on and they not only worked great, they looked great. They look amazing on my white doors and my cabinets are white with small crystal knobs...very sharp. I just wish I could have purchased something local (I looked to no avail). So they served their purpose which is why I gave them a 5 star.

These glass knobs and the kit they come with were a godsend for me. I had to retrofit some old solid wood doors that were all mortised out for a very different mechanism. This kit essentially came with everything I needed. Some other stores carried the knob, not the lock or face plates. By the time you put the whole kit together it gets costly. The people at Rousso's did a great job thinking it through. I retrofitted 8 old doors and they look great. I highly recommend this product.

Hello. This door handle looked beautiful and I expected for 50 bucks it to last at least a few yearsI'm contacting the business because for over a year now the handle keeps falling off. It's completely stripped and I never bothered until now to complain. Now I need it secure since it's going to my bwasment and I have a little one. Let me know how to send the old one back and get a better one that should last !

Needed to find some nice fluted crystal knobs for our recent home renovation. Went to a couple of big box stores and everything we liked/wanted was custom order and averaged $130 for a single set. Needed a few sets so that was just too pricey for us.These had decent reviews and pics looked like a good match. They arrived within a few days and we were thrilled by the quality and overall look of the sets.Now, the best part. I ordered wrong size hardware for our doors. I called the company to correct my order and guess who answered the phone ? The owner of the company !!!! Could not have been more helpful and personable. Went above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts.Bottom line - We were super impressed by the quality of the sets but were truly blown away by the customer service.

I love these knobs so much that I waited to order more in case they sold out before I wrote this review. I was using them in a modern door with a pre-drilled hole. The wood adapters made it very easy to put them in, you just have to wait for the glue to dry. I used Elmers wood glue and put the first one on after waiting overnight, the next two I waited about 6 hours.LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them.I did have one issue where one of the three sets was mismatched, I contacted the company and they got back to me within minutes and sent me the correct knob.I will be back to purchase 2 more when my finances allow.

These are beautiful knobs, the picture is very acurate. The instructions were very clear and they were easy to install. However all four that I ordered required A LOT of WD-40 to move smoothly and they still squeak quite a bit. I'm unsure if this is something that will go away over time or if I need to spray more WD-40 in the lock mechanism.

These glass knobs are perfect for my 1944 house. They look just like the ones I remember as a child. The mechanism is solid, and everything works as it should. The price was perfect. I had first visited a high-end hardware store locally and was on the verge of buying knobs costing three times as much. I'm so glad I got these instead. Highly recommend for that retro look.

SOO Pretty! But a pain in the butt to install. Have to glue to blocks in place and then drill out the holes for the screws. Once in the knob rattles a lot, but if you tighten it up then you can't turn it.. also sticks if you turn in one direction. But It looks awesome on my daughter's bedroom door!!!
