ValvoMax Oil Drain Valve - No Tools, No Mess, Fast Drain - for M20-1.50

This thing is amazing. You can drain your oil into an oil jug and its a cakewalk. It's 98% mess free, just the tiniest drips and dabs here or there that are inevitable when changing you oil but this is a game changer. I already had one of the most straightforward oil changes anywhere with my car, but this makes it even cooler.HOWEVER! the washer that is supplied with the valve leaked, so I drained the oil in a clean jug to re-use, removed the valve and re-installed it using the drain plug crush washer from my OEM drain plug. Now, it's completely leak free, and will stay that way forever because this drain plug never has to be removed again.The cap is easy to remove with your fingers and it's also easy to install the relief screw with your hands too. One thing to mention is that it will take longer to drain all of the oil but it's not an issue because this is time you would have been spending trying to get the oil into a container the typical way with a big drain pan. This makes things way easier and less messy.Basically, get it!! You will enjoy it as long as you remember to use whatever your car has from the factory for the oil drain plug washer/crush gasket. The one that came with the valve leaked on my car.

Amazon shipped the wrong size for my vehicle, so I had to return it. The website said it would fit my vehicle but clearly it does not. I purchased this product for my other car, it fit and works like a charm. Great product if you can get the right size. My recommendation is to do your own research as to what size fits your vehicle. Do not trust the Amazon website to make the correct recommendation for your vehicle fitment.

Does not fit 2014 Outback as listed

Easy to install, and made my oil changes a piece of cake going forward. Clean & simple. Installed it on all of the family cars. If you change your own oil, it's a must have.
