Well, they may be listed as "tiny tablets", but there is no coating on them which makes them hard to take, (just like the one that was stuck in my throat today).Too bad there is no return for this item, but they won't get my money again. If my local Walmart wasn't out of their Spring Valley St. John's Wort, I woudn't have bought this brand in the first place. Luckilly, I found my usual at a different Walmart and bought two bottles today.

Maybe I need a higher dosage or to take more, I’m not sure. But it didn’t really seem to do anything for me overall.

I feel like they actually do make a difference for me. I take one at night and one in the morning (which is less than their recommended dose) and I don't feel any different - no 'medicine-y' feeling, I mean - but I do find that I'm less irritable and more positive. I am not down a lot of the time, but for when I am this is the gentle help I need.

It's hard to find vegetarian/vegan capsules, and even more difficult to find them at prices that are comparable to those derived from animal bones. These St. John's Wort capsules are decently priced, organic, and potent. Couldn't ask for much else.
