My son loves it!!
This toy is so freaking cute. I was scared to buy it, assuming it was poor quality, but I was pleasantly surprised! It's been holding up really well and it's not hard to switch inside out. It hasn't like flattened out at all or anything. My son loves it.. I recommend as a gift.

There is no face. 1 character has a great smile and has eyes! The flip has NOTHING!

Hole
Arrived straight out of the package with a hole in it. Stuffing coming out. My son loved the toy though, and it’s a pain to return, so we’ll just cut our losses

Zipper sticks
Gave as a present. They can't change it back and forth because the zipper is bad. Don't buy this

Zipper broke within a day.
Bought this for my son. He loves Snorlax, but was very heartbroken when the zipper broke. Now he can’t use it as it is meant to be used. Very disappointing. I tried to fix the zipper myself, but it is very flimsy and hard to feed the zipper back on its tracking. Can we get a replacement please?
