This NMN supplement has a great formulation, and contains some additional synergistic ingredients beyond just NMN. But the NMN content per serving is fairly low, each serving only contains 200mg NMN. There is also very little information about the brand available, nor is there any proof of 3rd party testing provided.The formulation:*200mg NMN + 100mg Resveratrol. - NMN is the important ingredient for boosting NAD+, and 200mg is a little low considering other products contain 500mg per serving.*50mg Fruit and vegetable powder. - This ingredient serves no purpose, it's just a filler.*10mg PQQ - Mitochondrial antioxidant and promotes mitochondrial biogenesis*20mg Anthocyanins extracted from bilberry - Potent phenolic compound with a number of health benefits. 20mg is a decent dosage and sufficient to offer benefits, but more would be better.Thoughts:The product formulation is excellent, and I love the combination of NMN + PQQ + Resveratrol + Anthocyanins, but the NMN dosage is too low. This product really should be dosed at 2 capsules per day rather than 1. That would provide 400mg NMN and 200mg resveratrol - a much more reasonable dosage and more likely to sufficiently boost NAD+. I also dislike the lack of transparency regarding the product, and I'm skeptical about the 3rd party tests since there is no way to verify them for this product. It is more likely pure and excellent quality, but without sharing the lab analysis there is no way to verify this.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was help ready the packaging is. I know packaging shouldn’t be that important, but I can’t help noticing that they did a really great job with this.I’ve been taking the supplement for a few weeks now. I don’t really know what I feel any different. The quality of the ingredients are good, I just don’t know that I’m getting any benefit. I most certainly could be, it could be doing great things on the inside, but I’m just not noticing a whole lot of effect.I don’t want to give it a bad review, I think it’s a quality product in a nice presentation. Maybe I’m not deficient in NMN. Or, it’s doing things on the inside that I’m not aware of. However I cannot see the value in continuing to order it. It’s not as if it’s particularly inexpensive. I just like more results for this kind of money

A number of scientific studies have shown that supplementing the body's ability with products like NMN are important to maintain NAD+ levels and improve cellular repair as we age.I've been taking NAD+ supplements for more than 6 years and can't say that I notice significant day-to-day benefits, but I am in excellent shape for my age and I do trust the science that the NMN will help at the cellular level.There are some very expensive supplements out there that aim for these effects and some that are cheaper. This is the type of supplement that has largely become fungible and you are likely able to take whichever brand provides good quality control and comes at a good price. As far as I can tell, this is very high quality. Although it's on the more expensive end, it does come with resveratrol, which is proven to work together with the NMN. If you take NMN some other way and want to get the full benefit, you may need to supplement resveratrol independently.

The pills have a pretty strong chemical taste and are very hard. I don't quite know how comfortable I am to take them after the inital amount. Lots of money went into the bottle alone as it's two separate parts that can be pulled apart, so at the very least I hope care was taken in making the actual pills. I don't think the price is worth it as there's cheaper competition that is verified and doesn't taste so weird. I'll keep going with them for now and see how I feel.

I haven’t noticed any difference at all with this. Neither bad nor good…as far as I can tell it is having absolutely zero effect on me at all.

The wife has started taking NMN supplements and loves this product. She has stopped taking caffeine, and was looking for something to help keep her focused and motivated. This has worked great for her.

Great combo of ingredients. Quality. I have noticed results after just a week of taking these.
