So pretty and easy installed! The color is so PINK . I loved it.

I generally am the one that buys functional, cheap whenever I can. I never previously spent more than $15 on a phone case—and that’s a stretch. Over a year ago, though, I bought a Velvet Caviar case for my iPhone 11 because of the higher protective lip around the screen and camera—I need not bulky, ADHD-proof protection here, and VC is the first I’ve seen that does sleek AND extra protective. And it was neon and I loved it. Unlike all my cases that cost $15 or less, that VC case lasted me over a year—and actually is still in excellent condition. The only reason I got a new one now is because I got a new phone. The case doesn’t discolor like other cases I’ve had in the past, and it has protected my phone at every turn—coupled with a screen protector—against the very powers of ADHD chaotic Hell.This time, I ordered a neon blue case and it came warped, ill-fitting, and uneven in color. I was able to return it easily and got a refund through Amazon. So I was fine and happy. HOWEVER, VC contacted me about those issues I expressed and 1) let me know they’d send me a new one, free of charge; 2)said that if that new one also had issues, then they would send me whatever my second choice was, if I wanted; 3) ACTUALLY sent both the neon blue case AND my second choice case in the SAME SHIPMENT, all free of charge; 3) pulled their neon blue cases and FIXED THE WHOLE LOT when I reported that the new neon blue one was the same as before; and finally 4) told me that when the new neon blue cases came in and they were absolutely sure they were good quality—they’d be happy to send me one of those, too, since that was my first choice.Every time I said “That’s not necessary. You don’t need to eat the cost of all those cases for one customer—I already was refunded, etc”, their response was “Nope. It’s the least we could do because our product did not meet our standards.” 😳 Never in my life have I experienced better customer service and attentiveness.And the Neon Green case I have for now as my second choice is absolutely flawless and bright and happy and I freaking love it.So yeah. Never going to be using any other brand for the rest of my life. $30 is nothing when compared to the difference in quality and service. Velvet Caviar for the victory on every front! 👏 👏 👏

The phone case was great at first. After less than a month half of the case turned a weird brown color. Definitely not worth the moneyEdit - the company reached out and shipped me a replacement case! Excellent customer service!

Love this phone case! Will get some scratches if you drop your phone a lot like me, but very durable!

So the pink stardust case itself is beautiful and on the silver iPhone 13 pro it looks even better. The only downfall is that the case was not proper fitting on the sides of the phone. I have ordered from VC website and have never had this issue. I recommend to order for the newer iPhone from the website.

Case is ok quality and does allow wireless charging but is not MageSafe compatible

Promptly returned as this case resembled a dollar store case in quality.Poor lip around edge, no internal bumpers, just a plain TPU soft case with a cute print.
