Within just one usage, zip got managed. And also the outer plastic doesn't seem like it can take loads.

Poor quality plastic
The media could not be loaded. Bought it and used first time to Europe. The lock jammed and inspite of correct code refused to open and ultimately I have to break the lock

Product good, Amazon's service best, seller horrible, BEAWARE
Product quality is good, no problems there i bought these a year ago and have been using since. Tried purchasing again for my wife and things went south, seller on Amazon sent us used item all dented and scratched as visible in the pictures. Despite paying for a brand new unit. So had to return , Amazon's services were smooth as ever, so no complains there. However Amazon should have some quality standards for their sellers too.
