It's just jackfruit pieces
Theres nothing similar to any plant based meat in this product. Infact it's just jack fruit pieces packed in a pouch. If you don't have access to jack fruit you can order this. But in India we get jackfruit easily from a green Grocer so no point buying it.I think this product is ideal to be exported to countries where jack fruit is not available. The manufacturer must NOT call it a mock meat.

A chef’s delite
Experimented a lot with this in various forms. We made jackfruit Biryani and jackfruit chilli with it … both turned out really amazing. It required very less cooking time. A quick dinner solution …

Amazing substitute for meat! One can make variety of dishes with this raw jack. Made jackfruit momos which turned out to be a stealer. Definitely ordering again. Its a must try for everyone.
