Purchased this to clean my light grey sofa. Did an excellent job. I have a young family and a dog and my sofa took a battering from them, my sofa came up like new. The machine is easy to use and keep clean after. The product feels feels premium and I'm very happy with my purchase.It's come in handy when my daughter had a sickness bug as it cleaned up my carpet and left it quick to dry.The ONLY drawback for me is the size of the water/shampoo reservoir is quite small but that is me being picky to give a full and fair review.I would definitely recommend this over plastic upright alternatives. The price is cheap it's almost ridiculous for how useful this has proven to be. I'll be doing my car next and I have no doubt this machine will do an excellent job.The suction is excellent and leaves carpets and sofa's as close to dry as you would hope for quick results too.To say I'm happy with this product is an understatement.

Best one you can find on the internet and in stores. Great value and the price is very reasonable. Easy to use. It sucks up water, hair, glass, anything and everything like a dream. It’s very large. Can make you car look like it go a professional valet. I like that it has many head options! Better than Henry or Charles.

Overall it works as should. It has great suction on all types of floors. Don't be like me though.... you have to take the little rubber squeegee off the head before you try and wash your carpet.... it works much better then!It was pretty simple to put together. I don't plan on using it as a hoover, ever, but it has all the parts there to be one, you just have to change the filters around. The waste bin is the size of the body so it's incredibly hard to empty if you let it fill. It's like carrying a beer keg! It's not great for people with mobility issues like myself. I struggle to put the desired strength on to the hose/pole for adequate suction. All the fittings just pop together so they tend to leak and pull apart. You have to remember to push everything back into place before you use the spray function again.Handy buttons on the handle/pole for you to switch between spray and vacuum.Overall I'm pleased with it.

The media could not be loaded. Absolute waste of time and money. I didnt had nearly £260 ish to spend on George- Henry's carpet cleaner,so thought of this as its motor is advertised to be 1200W, which is of no use. And ,if you return the item it takes nearly a month to get refunded. You cannot use it as a normal dry vaccum because the machine keeps on tumbling ,neither wet as the water cannot be pumped into the wire , as seen in the video.The cable and the hose length is very short.I contacted their distributors , and they ask me to return it to Amazon.So,i would suggest get Bosch or George .

Product works very well not to sure why everyone’s saying it’s to loud it just sounds like a average hoover, Only few downsides is the poles are to short means you have to lean over whilst using it, the poles feel weak and will snap if to much pressure applied whilst carpet washing, the control panel on the handle doesn’t work.

I’m in love with this carpet cleaner machine. Easy to put together. Very strong suction, and easy to use. We have 3 dogs and my carpet look like new again. Really worth the price. I was looking for a good carpet cleaner for ages but now I found my favourite. Coming with a lot of different tools what is more helpful to clean the surface spotless.

This product arrived well packed ,but it had two plastic clips that held washer tube to hose broken ,there's a rough edge on part of handle which I hurt my finger on ,the actual length of poles ,that you use to vacume etc are far to short and my back aches after using it from bending ,also the noise levels is extreme for even for a short time ,my dog had to go outside .The actual suction power was average ,and not as good as say a more expensive brand .Also the filter in the bin that protects motor ,was full after one use ,as there isn't a bag to use with this product,finally after 15 minutes if vacuuming the motor casing which is plastic was very hot,and the whole machine had attracted let hair and dust all over it from static ,even though there's a chain which is supposed to stop this ,I'm very dissapointed with my purchase and will be returning it for these reasons ,I haven't used it on the carpet cleaning mode ,because I'm not happy about the water being in such close contact to motor compartment without any barrier apart from the filter .
