Five stars on being able to swallow these they are capsules so easy not like those gorilla size that are big and stick to your mouth . I do two at once and I have no issues I have to take two times a day doc said 600mg a day so I take two am two pm no stomach issues at all . I looked at a lot of calcium vitamins and this one really fit the bill for me maybe you don’t wanna spend the money but just think about it. Do you wanna keep buying those horse pills and not being able to return them and hate them so maybe just look at the reviews and look at the item. I think these are really good for me. I am a 72 year-old female and I need my calcium and they’re great so far.

This is the only brand so far that doesn’t make my stomach hurt. It’s been a problem for me for a long while. Took a chance on this and I am so happy. Shipping was a breeze too.
