SMOOTHIES ARE AN AWESOME, HEALTHY BREAKFAST!
I have just ordered my third jar of doTerra Shake. It adds a thickness and light flavor to the other items I love in my breakfast shakes. I usually start with milk or a fruit juice, add fruit (sometimes several), maybe yogurt and an egg. I feel it is a very healthy breakfast that carries me well into the afternoon.

Love this shake mix, I use Vanilla Almond milk to mix it with and it is very good. Lost around my upper stomach area already, so its working. Going to order chocolate next and try blending with a little peanut butter. Great product.

It’s so tasty. I mix it with a small spoonful of Milo, Almond Milk, and some ice - it tastes like a milkshake. Honestly!

I have loved everything do Terra, and this wasn't bad... but the flavor leaves a lot to be desired. Won't be ordering it again.
