Strong wheel with nice padding. Seems well made. This is my first yoga wheel. I compared a lot of different brands on Amazon before choosing this one. Many were very expensive. Most of the wheels are 12" but since I am 6 foot tall I thought the 13" wheel would be a better fit. There were several wheels cheaper than this one, but I had some cashback points so I chose this one hoping it was better quality. I got the green one but its more of a turquoise color which looks real nice. I started doing yoga to improve my health, flexibility, and well being. I specifically got this wheel to help my back. There's many ways to use a wheel but I mainly like to roll on it to help open my lower back. Getting older everything seems to tighten up and shrink with overall decreased mobility. Yoga and this wheel helps mitigate this to a large extent. Keeping the spine flexible is a great assist for the well being of the whole body. Anyhow, at 180 lbs this wheel supports me with no problem. I'm glad I bought this. Some have asked about a smell but I don't smell any odor. Also, this is made in China but I have no problem where an item is made as long as it is quality at a fair price.

One could very easily push and slip off either side while rolling back, if just off center. You will hurt your back if you aren't on it perfectly positioned - one slight slip and there WILL be pain. This is more dangerous than it I'm comfortable with - feels like will tip over either side.

I have been using this product for a month every morning and every night for a quick back stretch. It's been a lifesaver. I even use it in the middle of the day when I feel like I've sat at my computer too long. My back feels so much better and my visits to the chiropractor are non-existent. Can't say enough about this product.

I got this because I have a lot of back pain...what adult dosen't!? This works great to help me stretch my back and has overall been encouraging me to try even more crazy floor workouts. I am not flexible or very athletic or even do yoga but this tool is fun and looks great.

Can't say anything bad about this item. Helps with stretching and cam with a short guide and instructions. Also is a great way to store my exercise ball using it as a stand.
