Metaphor in Practice: A Professional's Guide to Using the Science of Language in Psychotherapy

I have been working with ACT for the last 14 years. I train colleagues, work clinically and do research. I real also enormous quantity of litterature, both scientific and books. Books are seldom read in their totality, but this one, this not only I read from cover to cover, but i did this trait thoroug in withing few days. It is a genuine gem and should be read by anyone wanting to prompt behavioral changes... in ourselves and our clients/patients. Thanks Niklas for such a magnificent job and insiration!

A must read for any healthcare professionals using metaphors therapeutically or those who don’t yet. Understanding metaphors and how they can be used clinically is a fundamental part of communication. Really well written.
