Small But Nice
These are great, but the metallic threads do fall out. I have them in a medium, I'm 5'9 with a 26in natural waist and 33in hips. These are pretty tight on my waist, and I'm slim. I wear a small in everything else, so I think medium is the right size for me. Definitely order a size up.

One of my favorite Muay Thai shorts for training. These are the typical Muay Thai shorts. People unfamiliar with how Muay Thai shorts are supposed to fit would think that they run small. But it reality it fits as it should.
