The media could not be loaded. After paying over $150 and using only 4 times, our air mattress split on a seam by the wheel well. (Impossible to patch due to location) I reached out to the company thinking, "surely they will stand behind their product." NOPE! Since it is outside of the 1 year warranty they will do NOTHING. Certainly wished we hadn't wasted so much money on a mattress that would only last 4 times. For $150 (significantly more than a regular air mattress) that is made for a truck bed you would expect durability to be considered but the seams aren't even as strong as a regular mattress. Disappointing to say the least. Save your money and buy something that will last.
