Need be one size larger than usual shoes and they perform great! (at least for my comfort + foot performance)

Versatile , went from grass,to sand,to ocean and back without any change in comfort or security. Stayed attached to feet. Also, clean up quickly and easily.

In most other barefoot/minimal shoe brands I wear a size 10. Vivobarefoot 10s are a bit bigger but wearable with socks. Without socks they feel a bit too loose. In reality, a size 9.5 would probably be perfect. I ended up buying a second pair of size 9s and removing the insole to wear without socks. A little tight in terms of toe splay, but doable!If you wear a half size and sometimes wear socks then 2 pairs might be the way to go.On a good note, that means they’ll wear half as fast!Overall great shoe. The rubber they use can be very slippery on flatter rocks when wet, so be careful.

A 42 is a 9.0 Usa sizing and a 43 is 10 USA. I’m a 9.5 so i stuck inserts to add volume and it works great. Best minimalist workout shoes on the planet. Good grip when needed. And I need grip being out west; Colorado Utah etc. highly breathable and quick drying well offering plenty of protection while I mountain bike with flat pedals.

Not as good as Merrell Trail glove 3/4, trying to find a replacement after they butchered the Trail glove 5. This shoe is similar to the 3 or 4 but not as good and more expensive. I will wear them but probably won't buy more.Editing with update a few months later:I don't really like the shoe at all after more time with it. it's too stiff and the fit just doesn't feel right regardless of the size.. I'm dropping my rating.I'd recommend the brand Whitin which is sold here on amazon instead if you want actual comfortable minimalist shoes. Or go with Altra if you want zero drop with more padding and grip. I'll probably never buy another vivo, especially when it costs what it does.

I take 7.5 these are way too big even with under armour sorts socks.Maybe size 7 would be better
