I do have a shark with a bin as well, son named it Wall-I and it works good. But I bought my little Roidimi, Now named EvA, who is wonderful.Her mapping is awesome. The app features are easy. She is a little cleaning machine and doesn’t miss anything.The only cons, this is not an issue for me but some it may be of importance.She makes more noise than the shark but not as loud as a regular vacuum running. I can have a conversation on the phone no issues. She runs when we’re sleeping and she hasn’t woken us up. But I know she is louder than then shark.The only other thing, I have not used the mop feature where this is user issue not Eva’s issue. I haven’t figured it out how to use the mop feature. But I will be. And then I’ll update the mop review.But if I have to buy another one, It will be a ROIDMI!

Don’t not buy! At $500 you would expect more. The first one worked fine for a few month then kept having a wheel jam. Upon further investigation, something was grinding inside the wheel motor. Amazon has a 30 day return policy so I had to purchase another one. 6 months later, same exact problem.

Hardwood floors. Has a hard time emptying. After two rounds says bag is full and I have to shake it down and reload. Not very pleased with it.

In the brief six-month period that I’ve owned this product, I’ve encountered numerous problems. Recently the device ceased functioning, indicating a need for a water pump replacement, despite only being used on seven occasions. Furthermore, the mop feature failed to operate each time I attempted to use it. My attempts to reach out to customer service have been very challenging, despite multiple emails sent to the company. I’m still awaiting a response.

Great vacuum, my other vacuum would lose the map and have all sorts of problems, this one is great at navigating the house layout and ensuring it grabs everything. It's super strong considering I have 2 very large shedding machines called dogs, and there is no hair on my floors after this thing goes off every day.

I really like that I can narrow down the area for cleaning. Theres an app that can set time for specific areas!! I use it a lot for underneath the bed and carpet, cleans it very well!!!

This product functioned great for 13 mo the and has stopped operating due to a 'main wheel fault'. Roidmi has been radio silent on emails to regarding service warranty coverage, and I am unable to submit formal requests through their site. Will purchase through another brand in the future - possibly Shark or Dyson. Unfortunately, those vacuums are twice the cost of the Roidmi products, but it seems the 'pay for what you get' adage applies here.

Vivo a Malta e ho ricevuto questo prodotto spedito qui. L'ho usato per un anno, ma poi il serbatoio dell'acqua si è guastato. Ho contattato il venditore, ma mi hanno indirizzato al produttore. Il produttore, a sua volta, mi ha rimandato al venditore. Ho contattato nuovamente il venditore e questa volta mi hanno indirizzato ad Amazon. Abbiamo creato un'etichetta di reso, ma poi è emerso che Malta non accetta l'imbarco di prodotti con batterie su aerei su base individuale. Quindi, è impossibile spedire un prodotto con batteria da Malta. Quando ho discusso questo con un rappresentante del servizio clienti di Amazon, mi hanno detto che non c'era nulla che potessero fare. Quando ho cercato di ricollegarmi, hanno terminato la conversazione prima che potesse essere completata. Amazon Italia ha un'operazione terribile. Inoltre, non riesco a restituire il mio prodotto guasto e non riesco a ottenere un rimborso.

Rapport qualité prix excellent! Acheté principalement pour la fonction aspirateur il remplit pleinement mes attentes. Concernant le mode "serpière" sur sol moyennement sale il fait le travail mais il faudra compléter si le sol est particulièrement sale

Ich bin echt positiv überrascht für 400€ ist das Teil top, saugt gut, die App funktioniert bei mir auch super, sowie Raumerkennung, Planung und Hindernisse umfahren.Nur Kabel sollte man beiseite legen, die schleift er gerne mit aber unsere 35²m saugbare Wohnfläche wird mit 20% Akku in 45 Minuten sauber gemacht, trotz einiger verwinkelter Ecken und Hindernissen.

Le robot est conforme à sa description. Sa batterie tient très bien la charge. Son autonomie me permet de faire un nettoyage d'un peu plus de 100 mètres carré sans qu il ne soit déchargé. Je suis contente de sa fonction aspiration, il cartographie bien, par contre le lavage n'est pas bon du tout. Sa fonction autonome d'aspiration du petit sac à poussière vers la centrale est nickel.
