This thing is fantastic! With 50000mAh this keeps the kids ipad and phones going all day long when on long road trips or camping trips. With 4 usb outputs, they no longer need to fight over the smaller battery chargers we had before. The carrying case is a nice touch too. It's the perfect size and really lightweight considering the power output. Very good quality and includes a ton of adapters for charging almost anything. I have zero complaints and couldn't be happier. If you're in the market for a good battery charger to take with you and keep all your electronics charged, stop wasting your time with the small ones, just get this and be done!

I just got this today, it came fully charged. I have been running my laptop on it for about 6 hours now and it still shows a full charge. This battery is a BEAST.Just an update: I have been using it for a few months now. I don't think that I have been this happy with a product in a while. I don't even pack my laptop charger when I go to school anymore. I typically use my laptop in class for about 6 hours a day for three days and I only charge up the battery pack once a week, and even then it is only down to about 2 bars. Seriously, this is a good thing to bring camping or have for emergencies.

I admit I purchased this months and didn't get a really good chance to examine the contents of until recently (not entirely my fault, our house had a bad water leak and we stayed in a hotel for several months). In any case, checking the contents, I seem to have all the adapter tips for various laptop models. And I have the cble tocablecharge the power bank itself. What I don't have is a cable connect a laptop, using one of the tips, and the missing cable to the power bank. So, tried to write to Poweroak using the contact form at poweroak.net, asking where I could buy (pay for) the missing cable. I am still awaiting this info. Without it, I can charge USB devices, but not charge my laptop on the go. I already had a power bank for my USB devices and it is small enough to fit in a coat pocket. If I can't get the missing cable, this thing is just a waste of money and I'll likely end up e-cycling it. And I don't know what happened to the missing cable, maybe I misplaced it; That's why I tried to ask about buying it BUT the product is less the issue and instead customer service (or lack of it) behind the product is the issue. So, update, I wr9ote this review. Nobody from PowerOak or the seller has reached out to me. I just don't think they care. As a sidenote. if I were to use this to charge my phone, my tablet, the charging on this is slower than any other pocket power bank I own, so what's the point reallY? This is just a useless hunk of technology!

I did a lot of shopping around for an external battery to power my laptop during class. I decided to go with this one, and I am really happy I did. It came with more than half a charge but I charged it completely before using it. I brought it to class with me. My laptop had a full battery to start but quickly diminished while working on it. We had a half hour break and at that time I used this battery to charge my laptop. After lunch I had an almost full battery and not one light went out on my external battery. I was able to use this for several charges before I charged it. It came with adaptors to fit my laptop so I didn't have to buy any. This was a great choice and I am VERY happy with my decision to purchase.

Was very convenient, portable and easy to use

I was surprised when I finally discovered that the USB-phone cable provided serves for charging only, but not for synching, too. For months I was trying to figure out what had happened to my phone or my computers, until I read that there exist USB cables that lack a data line. PowerOak, would it have cut your profits inordinately to have provided a synching USB-phone cable instead of the lame charging-only cable you actually provide? One extra wire in the cable??! Couldn't you have at least said you provide a deficient cable??!Very effective and reliable device, however. Works well for me on 10 hour flights powering my power-hungry laptop. Lots of inputs and outputs, too! I'm quite satisfied with it.

Good USB, 12V and various laptop charging voltages and plugs.The USB cable supplied didn't work.There is only one cable for both 12 and 20 volt ports.Charging voltage is an unusual 15.8 volts so can't charge from car output and s yet I haven't forming add voltage booster to do the job.
