The V8s is light and maneuverable easy to carry upstairs. easy to wheel around in stores . it has excellent range and is fairly quick at 21 miles an hour. it is excellent bang for the buck extremely happy with it and it was my first wheel. It's lightweight makes it excellent for learning how to ride

Really great midrange wheel. Good headlight, decent power, decent battery/distance, well refined design, and good safety features.The 16" wheel makes rides smooth and helps take bumps. Speed is good. Large pedals are comfy. Lots of adjustments and features in the app.I did return mine because mine had bad cells and would not charge past ~84%. Otherwise liked it.

Hi Everyone,I bought the InMotion V8S for my son to use at college. After a little under 6 months of riding, the wheel bricked. It wouldn't turn on or connect to the app, and I had no idea what was wrong. Unfortunately, when I checked my Amazon purchase to get a service number and to look at the warranty, I found out that the time to request service or to return the V8S had expired. I placed a review here on Amazon about the issue with my son's V8S and was contacted very quickly by InMotion.InMotion connected me with a service representative who asked for pictures and made suggestions on how I could try to fix the unicycle at home. When none of that worked, despite the V8S being outside of the service and return period, InMotion offered to either send a replacement part to me that they believed would cure the problem, or they would send a prepaid shipping label to me and exchange the V8S for a V8F, for free. Unfortunately, the V8S was out of stock so they couldn't replace the V8S with another V8S, but I was still incredibly impressed. I'm sure InMotion would have provided a V8S to me if the V8S had been in stock. My son chose the option of a replacement V8F.Every product line can experience a glitch or have an individual item malfunction. The purpose of this review is not to focus on the malfunction but to highlight the incredible customer service of InMotion and how they went out of their way to help my son get back onto a unicycle and be ready to ride. Thank you very much InMotion. I am extremely impressed with the quality and performance of your unicycles, and now even more so with your customer service and company as a whole. You have a loyal customer for life!A happy dadP.S. I have now gone out and purchased my own InMotion EUC - a V11. And, I love it!

UPDATE 10/26/22I had initially said that the App works on newer Android 12 devices. Scratch that.! The issues are starting to remanifest themselves. It's gotta be the app at this point. You'll be paying hard earned money for an EUC you cant fine tune with the app. I know EUC WORLD can be a good surrogate, but what I found is that some of the finer adjustments are just not available. An example is the fancy light effects.-------------------------------------Very easy to ride and learn on! Lightweight enough to trolly around inside a store or bring onto a bus. Could not do that with my RS19.Only issue is with the Inmotion App. The app does not like older android phones, LG G6 with Android 8. I recently bought a new handset and the app works great with that. It no longer crashed while trying to access the settings. Inmotion should really address this as people are not too keen on riding using their new $1000 handset, when they can use their older backup phones instead. I tried communicating with Inmotion before and there was no answer. I tried doing it on the app developer and also no answer. The feedback on the app is so damn buggy that it too would crash BEFORE you could send out any feedback. I'm starting to think this is INTENTIONAL on Inmotions part.V8S a good wheel.Don't buy or put a deposit on the V13. Look at other manufacturers, until they address the app issues, because I'd bet that 90% of your EUC control functions will be tied to that piece of software.

I was using it on a turf field to get used to this one. Well when it falls or goes down on its side the wheel speeds up and and if it happens to touch the ground will move and it will hurt your ankle.
