Perfect, excellent quality!
The stick is exactly what I was looking for! Great color too - I love the blue. I only wanted the stick - haven't used a whip with lash for years... I don't need it for round pen work, and the stick itself is perfect for teaching ground manners, trailering, (tap tap tap tap...) and so on.I don't know what I'll do with the lash, which is very good quality... Maybe use it as a jump rope?I may get a second one as a spare. I'm not sure HOW I manage to lose them!

I love this!
I bought this training stick because I am following steady horse and have a subscription of training videos. Noah has a steady horse training stick that is sold for about $100 which is way too much. I bought this one hoping it would be about the same. To my surprise it is. It is kind of long and the ropes a bit long but the rope comes off very easily and you can put whatever else on it like a plastic bag. I'm going to use this training stick for gently training my horse and will use the rope for gently densitizing

AWESOME STICK.
Very excited to get this in the mail. Compared to the expensive Clinton Anderson hand stick, this one is a steal for the price.Does exactly what I need it for.Was a little nervous the stick wouldn't be very durable for the price but it's exactly what I wanted.

Lightweight but sturdy!
I have had this stick in my tack room for years. I've used both CA's handy stick and this one. I can honestly say that I like this one better. It's much more durable than the CA handy sticks that I've seen and handled, it's lightweight, and it's exactly the same size as CA's handy stick. For the price, durability and longevity, you can't go wrong. I am about to get a second one so I don't have to keep swapping my string out for plastic bags. I'll just have one of each!

The best Horse training tool, and the best company
I want to say thank you to the company, First off they have the best products..They may not be prime but worth the wait for shipping. They are the best horse training handy sticks!I ordered an orange one and when it showed up the connection was untethering already. I contacted them immediately and sent them pictures of how it was shipped and what happened, and the company fixed the issue and sent me a new one right away. These handy sticks help me train wild mustangs.

My dog loves these
But, this one in particular was NOT durable. I've bought them before from an actual tack shop, and it lasted for years of hard use. This one didn't even last a year. Admittedly I have a large dog. If you had a smaller dog, it's a great way to get rid of some energy. Our puppy class trainer first turned us on to them to exercise dogs. We were living in WA then, and it rains 9 months out of the year, so you don't always want to be out walking. This was perfect! This exact one, however, wasn't very durable.

Sturdy!
Have a training stick just like this and it’s still going strong after five years. Needed another one and was happy to find this and the price was good. You can’t find these in the stores around me made out of the fiberglass. Happy with my purchase.

No
I used this whip yesterday working 2 horses. The first "whip" half of the leather bottom fell off. Second "whip" the other half came off. By the middle of the second horse the leather piece that holds the rope flew off too. My sister in law has one also and never had a problem. Mine came apart in pieces.
