A nice laptop for the cost!
I'm really looking forward to streamlining my office and this laptop has arrived beautifully packaged and complete. My tower finally bit the dust and instead of paying again for repair, I used the money for this laptop instead. Along with purchasing a hard drive dock to run both of those, I'm sure it will work perfectly. 4gb was barely enough to run some of my software and I think the extra 2 gb of ram is going to smooth that issue out. I love the gray color!

Great customer service
Had issue with laptop, customer service was quick and reached out to me before I reached out to them. Returning for now cuz I drive a truck and don't have a stable address for weeks at a time, but when I am home will reorder as the device seemed quite good for what I need and at a great price. Very light which I liked, big mouse, clean look, had many options too. Not for major gamers but I don't game except play store games which works perfectly fine for.

Tulasi laptop is awesome!
Took a gamble on a new computer company. I had only done research on them; but had never owned one. I am very happy that this Windows 11 laptop; it exceeds my expectations! Ease of set up, warranty, and over all great computer is worth the chance I took. I will gladly buy from this company again.

Ok simple laptop
The media could not be loaded. For $250, the product performance is not deceiving. It is very light and plastic feeling.The mouse pad is awful and not sensible to the clicking so I need to constantly push to click what is annoying. I like just to be able to lightly tap my finger and the mouse pad to recognize I'm clicking, but this one only recognizes it sometimes.The sound is loud and clear, but the images not so much. I definitely can see better images in my cellphone and kids tablets (Amazon Fire).The speed of the computer is very slow, something that concerns me, as right now is completely empty, I have not installed anything yet, and is annoying slow. I plug my external storage where I save my pictures, and it takes a while for everything to load. That doesn't happen in my desktop computer, or another laptop Acer brand I have that is 6 years old and cost about the same price as this one I'm reviewing but 6 years ago.It includes Microsoft Office "on the web". No antivirus included.I was able to satisfactory stream videos from YouTube for few hours. Decent speed. Was able to multitask in different web pages at the same time and open different APP included from fabric with no crashing issues.I think the computer is ok for the price. If you're used to high brands, expensive computers, this one of course doesn't reach the heels. But if you're looking for something for example; for school work, video streaming, web surfing, light gaming, this one should do.

It's a good price for a nice computer.
There is no touch screen, but this works just like any other windows computer, if not a bit more streamlined. It took me a few minutes to set everything up how I wanted it. The keyboard layout is a little odd, but I had a chromebook for a while before this.

Decent
Bought for school work and light gaming. Seems to run fine. I had to have the first one replaced. It showed up with a dead pixel but there was no hassles with the exchange and the second one was just fine. Overall happy with purchase
