I lived in Thailand and they didn’t have neosporin, so I started using this. It is great for eczema and stops all itching, plus heals cuts. It’s even good to use on my face. Will continue to buy and use .

I heard terrible things about this product being a health hazard. I tried it anyway because the medical remedies that my doctor prescribed for me were super expensive and totally ineffective!I used tiny amounts of the cream once a day instead of twice a day. I am sorry I didn't take before pictures. The area around my hairline on the back of my neck was cracked, raised, red, and had white flaky scales. It would also occasionally bleed. After two weeks of using this cream the scales were gone, the red had subsided, and the flakes went away.My face had some red, flaky areas around my hair line and nose. The cream also completely cleared those areas up. I will continue to use the cream sparingly if the symptoms return. I used one tube so I think I have 5 left that I may never use.I will be buying the soap to try on my scalp next.Take a look at online opinions and make your own decision.I highly recommend this product because it worked for me!

Great product that kills just about any skin disorder that you may have. Also, I use it on my dog!
