Q: How well does this block mind control signals?

This is aluminum. For that you need tin foil. I'd recommend Buffalo .001 tin foil but keep in mind that it's about $75/roll, which comes out to about $2.75/square foot.

Q: The description says 12" wide, but the photo of the box says 18"which is it?

The Aluminum Foil was actually 12” wide.

Q: Can These Be Recycled?

Yes, your Reynolds Wrap, can be recycled. It depends on what you cook in it. I rence with HOT water and put my recycled wrap in the oven to dry, to be used again with oven containers that have NO lids. The Heavy Duty wrap works best for this.

Q: Does roll fit in wraptastic dispenser?

ELAINE, I would not buy this product, the first roll the foil was fused together so after two tears I had to throw it away. The second roll is ok. I think rolls this size sit in warehouses in the heat, this is why I usually buy the 75 foot size and go through rolls faster. I do not know if will fit a dispenser and I was not able to return the defective roll. You are probably better off buying this product at the store where you can take it back, take care Lyn ne
