These really are very good products for those of use who need a little extra help in being able to wear our shoes as well as we could in our twenties now. I love the extra firm instep lift and the flexible heel and ball of the foot comfort inserts, they make the difference between being able to walk comfortably or not. Lastly I enjoy the fact these are leather and help my feel disperse sweat more easily - no more smelly feet. These arrived quickly and in good condition, thank you.

I bought these to help make my work shoes more comfortable, however if I wear them for long periods the little gel circle at the heel actually rubs the underside of my foot. The problem is the join between the gel and the leather under compression forms a ridge. It's a shame because the arch support was good.

Fit beautifully inside my shoes. Was able to walk comfortably all day shopping without getting any knee pain which I usually get when wearing shoes with heels. Good arch support. I noticed that this gave stability to my ankle joints.Well made.

These insoles are excellent in shoes where you can use them to replace the original insoles. To start with they may feel strange but your feet quickly get used them and feel more comfortable as a result of the arches being gently lifted back into position. They are particularly helpful in very flat shoes of the converse trainer type.

Two very painful years down the line and crazy amounts of money spent on insoles, padding, gizmos and gadgets and even chiropodists and doctors....these have solved the problem. Hallelujah!! Yes I have a specific problem but I'm sure I'm not the only one who needs ball of foot padding and arch supports. They are very thin insoles so your foot stays in the position in your shoe it is used to, I don't know why what seems such a small and thin amount of padding on the ball of foot and heel works but it absolutely does, they are leather so they moulded to my feet in a week and my feet don't sweat (or smell!). I've been wearing them for a couple of months and whilst I thought I was going to have to give up a job I love because of needing to be on my feet all day I can now get to the end of a day's work without hobbling and cringing with pain. They are not even that expensive compared to some....easily one of the best ten pound notes I have ever spent.

A bit 'sticky' on the gel section, grips socks as putting shoes on and off.

Good insoles, very comfortable and supportive. I'm not sure how long the toe part of them will last as it's quite thin. Overall I would recommend them, they have given a pair of shoes a new lease of life.

es empfiehlt sich unbedingt, da es auf dem Markt ein Überangebot an Schuhen gibt, die kein wirkliches Schuhbett haben. Zudem kommt auch, dass es für die Füße sehr angenehm ist, Unterstützung auf diese Art der Einlegesohlen zu bekommen und letztlich man keine unangenehmen Fußgerüche mehr zur Kenntnis nehmen muss . Ich kann daher nur dazu raten und empfehlen einen solchen Kauf zu starten.

I bought these leather inserts for a new pair of Keds that I also bought on Amazon. The Keds were a little large, and the insert made them fit perfectly. I wore them all summer without socks. So comfortable! As others have mentioned, there is a small plastic piece in the insole that some might find an annoyance. Once I had my shoes on, I didn't notice it at all. I would buy the insoles again for my Keds and other shoes and boots.
