Q: I'm 5'7" 155lbs adult male. What size do i get? Are these sizes for adults too or just youth?

I am 5'1, 105lbs and I have the size sm/md. You could always try the large size and send them back if they don't fit but I would highly recommend the brand 187 Killer Pads over these as they are MUCH more protective. They are a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for.
