No response to my query of 3 November 2023. I believe the turnaround time for responses is 48 hours.
Would you please respond to my query of 3 November which I am including in this review - "03-Nov-2023 12:12I purchased this product in mid-April 2023 and have only recently had reason to use it due to the cold weather. The thermostat appears not to work. The product just keeps heating and heating and I am concerned about the risk of fire. I have tested the temperature of the product using my infra red thermometer and when the product reached 100C+ I switched it off. I had previously spoken with Greenbrook technical department and was advised the product should cycle around 80C so this leads me to believe the thermostat is not working. Amazon is telling me the order is not eligible for a refund because the order is too old. Please advise. Thank you"
