Heavy duty.
Came with everything needed to install. Thick metal so very sturdy. Very adjustable for tire bolt pattern. Has about 5.5 inch stand off, so tight for full size tire.

Great product, but an instruction sheet on how to line up the lugs for diff
Needed an illustration on how to line up the lugs with your particular wheel. I worked for several hours trying to line up wheel with various lug positions not having a lot of mechanical skills. Suggestion line up lugs to your wheel holes before mounting carrier on trailer rail. Great product otherwise.

Works good on 4" bumper
Seems sturdy, I'd probably change the nuts and bolts out for a stronger set since this is holding about a 50# tire on the back of a camper going down the road

Dangerous!
The carrier broke in half after first use on the freeway, about 200km of driving. Luckily, the tire was reinforced with a wire for extra security and just broke off and was dangling off the trailer. Flimsy metal, beware. I would not even give it a 1 star.
