Great Product for affordable price
It is like new in shape and performance. There two little pixels that are dead. It doesn’t matter when you work.I will buy many others refurbished next time. Thanks to amazon for a professional inspection and test.

Nice unit- NO fingerprint reader the though
Product is good quality.. HOWEVER.. the packing slip indicates it has a fingerprint reader— INCORRECT.. the model I received did NOT.. unit still performs well & is in very good condition..would say 4/5 stars

Charging port broke
The device worked long enough for me to set it up with my personal information then could not recharge. Working with seller options are sketchy. Can buy a new one then send back and they will refund or send it back then refund. Not sure but seems like a scam. Exploring options at the moment. Will update review if solution is found but as if right now this is my experience so would not recomend

Learned My Lesson
I understand I purchased a renewed product but I’ve only had this six weeks and it already died. It’s absolutely horrible that a mom on a strict budget isn’t able to trust their purchase to last longer than six weeks. Would not purchase from buyer again.

Just bought this device a month ago. Battery are almost dying and I will need to replace the SSD card.

Me encantó, me llegó en perfecto estado solo un detalle. No es táctil la pantalla. Lo de más está súper bien. I7 8 de ram y 240 ssd

Las bocinas están tronadas
La computadora va bien, Salvo que las bocinas están tronadas. Una pena pues mucho de la experiencia se atrofia. No la he podido cambiar porque mi hija ya no quiere estar sin su laptop.Ahora gastaré en arreglar el desperfecto en algún taller local
