I sleep with these in almost every night. They're comfortable, easy to squish into your ear holes, and they block out a lot of noise. I sleep very well all night - and especially weekend mornings when the dogs and kids are rumbling around and I want to sleep in. I love them and will absolutely continue to purchase them when I run out!

These things are a lifesaver! If you have a significant other, that snores really loud and these will help you get some solid sleep. They fit snuggly and greatly reduce the noise from snoring.

These ear plugs are smaller in diameter than any I have used in the past and as a consequence the NRR may be less than what you were expecting from a foam plug. (Of course as I have no means of measurement my review is somewhat subjective)

Highest dB earplugs I've found that are still comfortable enough to sleep in. Good for shooting too. They aren't great at blocking higher pitched noises, so they are only ok for airplanes. Great at blocking snoring though. My dog also thinks they are her children and will gently carry them around in her mouth protecting them with her life, so bonus I guess.
