These Owls do not scare the birds in my area. They're great for decoration purposes, but not for scaring any type of bird. The birds just look at them and proceed to fly and poop on my patio. You get what you pay for, so price wise, I guess they're alright.

Birds kept flying on our deck and sitting on the wooden ledge leaving droppings. I wanted to hang a deterrent but didn’t want anything big and bulky or expensive. These come in a pack of two, and are very lightweight. I hung one and put the silver streamer on the end and it blows around and looks like a small decoration. It’s been two weeks and so far the birds have stayed away

the owl is paper and If it gets wet will get ruin the rest of the items will be fine.

My back porch has a corner where barn swallows have nested for the last 5 years. I have had it! They are no longer endangered and a nest can be removed as long as eggs have not been laid. I am 77 and could no longer put up with the mess. This year they are aggressive! When going out to water plants they flew at my face three times; twice giving me black eyes, once breaking my glasses. No more birds! “Scary owl” deterred them!Thank you!!! The patio is mine again. Once it is scraped and scrubbed, I can sit out and enjoy morning sun and evening sunsets. Delivered on time! These have been working great to keep the birds from nesting in my hanging plants

So far these Owls are doing a great job keeping birds from nesting and hanging out inside our awning... Really cool looking - with a shifting image that ideally will continue to keep the birds away!

The effects of the images looks very real. Since I placed them on my patio I haven't had any pegion problems. Thank you so much.

Picture shows like fake owls on a pole that you put in ground when they arrived that are a flat picture of an owl laminated and not sure how they are supposed to stay upright on a pole
