SYKRSS Master Power Window Switch Front Left Driver Side Compatible with 2011-2016 Dodge Journey Replaces for 68084001AD

It does the job in the end so it is a good option for people who do not want to spend too much on the switch. It does everything that the original part does and I did not experience malfunctioning. They send you a tool to make your life easier. I would recommend it. Material is pretty cheap though, it feels cheap when you touch it but I got used to it in no time. I do not care about it. Anyone who's buying this switch is not driving a premium car anyway.

I'm so glad I looked on Amazon before venturing to an auto parts shop - the same part is going for $125-$200 at the popular outlets. I can't imagine what kind of price I would've been quoted at shop & the labor was seriously no more than five minutes & the most challenging part was detaching the wiring harnesses from the old unit. The tool included to get the old unit out was awesome, worked well & didn't do any damage to the interior fascia. It fixed the drivers side window issue I was having & works like a charm so far.

I installed this in my Dodge journey about 7 months ago. The original window switch stopped working from being rained on. From the start the window lock on the replacement only worked some of the time. Now it will only function with driver door shut. So if driver door is open the other doors cannot open or close windows and the door lock button will not work. Door closed= all functions usually work. I don't know why it affects the other doors but it does. Still works better than what I did have.

I don't know what happened. But the lights are green vs the other side blue (original color). I installed it on the driver's side myself. I don't know what happened but it short circuit the passenger window from rolling down. I have to go spend money to get the thing fixed now. I personally wouldn't recommend this. It's a lot lighter than the original plate. And the color is green. So be aware.

Everything was great, until I tried to move the mirrors and nothing! Then noticed that the led wasn’t working either? Two things that Worked fine on the original. Only reason I got this was because a window switch was broken.Ridiculous waste of time.
