As a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor, this loop band is one of my favorites!
Stimulates the Fascial System and the resistance tones muscles and provides stability. For taller people, I recommend the Yellow band.

100% broke - split - not good!
I usually go straight for Merrithew equipment due to it's high quality. However, this one disappointed. The band snapped - 100% broken when I was doing arm pulls with the band looped overhead. It should have held as I am not a large person and the weight was minimal. Will replace with another band, double banded this time.

A nice light-resistance band
I really love this band! It's is my go-to exercise band for a lot of my exercises. It has enough resistance for starter exercises and those that require a bit more endurance. I have shoulder pain and it's perfect for allowing me to keep up with exercises without aggravating my shoulders. It's durable and will likely last the test of time!
