Must have for anyone who needs portable supplies
I use this for my tattoo stuff and it's crazy easy to clean if there are spills. It went together easy and the wheels move nicely. I've also used this with my resin pouring for quick grab addin's so I can keep the ones I'm working with separate and not accidentally grab the wrong glitter or anything. I like the heighth choices, and the smoothness when I move it. Haven't really tested how much it can hold but I put my cups and snack on there sometimes and its still good.

Salon tray is the hit! I'm totally happy with it!
First off I did read some other reviews and everybody's entitled to their thoughts about their own experience. I will preface by saying this, if you're going to use this tray to swap engines in your big V8 or something of course it's going to be a fail. It clearly says salon tray and that indicates to me that it's light duty, I guess if you were going to interpret salon tray I would think you'd be thinking maybe Combs brushes curlers a bowl of hair dye nothing really crazy it's built for convenience not to be overworked for something it's not rated for. That's what I have to say in it's defense. I purchased it to use in my tattoo and body piercing shop to give me more latitude to move around the customers more readily than just having to work off my stationary work station. The box came complete with all parts nicely and securely wrapped and with a few Allen head screws and an allen head wrench. It was so easy to put together and so quick I actually looked at the instructions when I was done to make sure I did everything right LOL!The tray itself is sturdy if you use it for medium to lightweight items and it's easy to height adjust, and if you don't have insane expectations of having to over tighten the post with the set screw, then you don't have to tighten it or over tighten it to the point of actually damaging anything, I feel that this tray set up on Wheels is really convenient and adequately made for what it's rated for. I like that the wheels were very decent and roll very nicely and I like the five spoke setup on the base for stability. I'm using it on a tile floor and it rolls around great, did I mention I really like this and I'm so glad to have this as another tool in my arsenal that enables me to go about my job more effortlessly than ever before. I recommend that you read and understand what this rolling tray setup is capable of and if you have that knowledge then you would not be disappointed in your choice! It's great for a light to maybe medium duty and I expect to get years of use out of this I really like the way it's made I like the way it looks it went together in minutes and it just makes me so happy to own this, have wanted one for years! Good value for the money.

Decent tray at a good price, if you're ok w/a plastic base (see details). Conditionally Recommended
The Tasalon Salon Tray on Wheels arrived in a relatively small box. I was happy to see that the base came as a single piece. Both of the vertical tubes are metal, as is the tray. Height adjustment is handled with a knob that drives a screw into the upper tube. Assembly takes a few minutes, with most of the time coming from snapping in the casters and unscrewing the clamps.Concerning actual use, there are no holes in the upper tube. On the one hand, this allows any height to be set, but on the other you will put dents into the upper tube any time you set a new height. You'll also scratch the black paint on the tube. There's a flange on the bottom of the tray that attaches to the upper tube... that flange attaches to the tray with four rivets. Is this important? It depends. I want the tray to be as flat and as stable as possible, as I've got color bowls sitting on it. I also want the tray to be waterproof, and rivets may leak. Finally, I have to clean and sterilize all of my tools - including the tray. In general, I'd say it's easier to clean surfaces WITHOUT rivets, rather than surfaces WITH rivets. As for the tray, it's fine. The use of plastic at the base is unfortunate, as it moves the center of gravity up on something that you'd usually want to be more stable (which requires a lower Cg). My other nitpicks are in the review. At about $63 (with 5% off coupon, at the time of this review), the price of the Tasalon tray is better than most of the identically constructed alternatives available on Amazon. The only question you need to ask yourself is if you need the additional stability of a metal base - if you do, there suitable trays on Amazon for about a 10% premium. Conditionally Recommended

Nice, solid little roller-table
First off, I don't know if this would really qualify for legal use in some states for a Salon or Tat Parlor, etc due to the rivets that go through the stainless tray and/or the powdercoated posts ....That said - solid as can be although the rivets feel like they may loosen up a bit (even after only using it a few times) - easily fixed w new rivets or some sort of longer rivet with PTFE washers) and the HUGE selling point is the quality of the casters, urethane-rimmed plastic, yes but solid feel and roll nicely even on concrete (a definite PLUS)At a reasonable 35" setting height-wise, NOT tippy at all even with 30lbs of sockets and drills on it, rolling on a concrete shop floor. For a Tat shop or Salon, probably would last forever with some care.4 stars, if You are a little handy I would (and will) drill out the rivets and replace them with some hard gasketing between the stand and top - had this been done from the factory, 5 stars for the price. Then again, a true NSF table this size generally has a welded bracket (no rivets) and inferior casters at 3X the price. For the cost, I would completely recommend this as a VERY nice little work table on wheels.

Good tray but a little slanted
This salon tray is easy to set up I like how smooth the wheels glide on the floor. Tray itself seems sturdy and easy to clean. It might just be the one I received but it has a slant that just won’t flatten out. Tried getting help fixing it but even at the lowest setting the tray won’t lay completely flat. It didn’t affect the products I set up so it’s ok for me. It’s still a good tray and would recommend. Fits what I need perfectly for tattooing.
