Thermal paste already dry
box is sealed. When i open it thermal paste is almost dry. i think it was exposed to the heat.

Received the item, however it was very dry. Box had a scan and win QR code, which had ended exactly a year before my purchase so the item is definately older than 1 year and who knows what the storage conditions were. Just expect that to be the case if you're purchasing thermal paste.
