I have successfully programmed 2 IKEYs for 2019 Toyota Yaris and 2018 Sierra 1500 without any issues. It works great, just make sure to follow all the instructions. The whole process was easy and fast. There are videos telling you how to program the Autel IKEY online, it is very friendly for new user.

Packaged nicely and followed all videos for instructions, however no success after 6 attempts to create keys. I tried sending messages thru the data and user features (no response) I called tech support as instructed to do after messaging (via the chat feature) no one ever answered, was placed on automatic hold for over 45 minutes, elected for a call back and never received that either!only 30 days to return so at this point it is a paper weight! if you could pull the battery out for some other electronic device it maybe worth.... oh NO not for this price!

Support was quick to reach out about my failed attempts.Would highly recommend talking to support, they seemed quite knowledgeable.

all keys of my 2015 ford f150 were lost, the autel km100 made me 2 new keys. I checked coverage and know that I can create more keys for my dad's 2018 gmc acadia with the universal autel ikey which can be purchased separately. this key programming tool exceeds my expectation, convenient and worth my money

The after-sales support was outstanding, I have experienced none better. I had technical questions about the tool and seller responded in a reasonably timely manner. I just used my KM100 to program 2023 GMC Acadia in 10 minutes without needing to go through the regular 30 minute programming! what a fast and convenient tool.

Caused to erase my original key and, will not allowed to program new one. Have to pay someone to solve the issue I believe something was wrong with the programer. Returned in the same condition as I received, and was charged 15% restocking fee because they said it is unsalable and could not do anything about it.Buy at your own risk

So the cost of getting my car towed 60 miles plus the cost of any key plus the cost of the programming of that key would have been around $900 I got this for around $500 and it is the best or one of the top five best products I've ever purchased in my life I am so impressed with this machine somewhat hard to use but only because I was doing something out of order of what needed to be done not anything to do with the machine when you have everything in all your ducks in a row it takes 4 or 5 minutes 15 to program a smart key amazing product love it

Lost 1 original key of my Camry, another one was worn as well, now I have 2 pcs keys from the original package of the km100 which perfectly matched. Easy to use from the video of Autel

Bought to add a working Mercedes-Benz key. This does not support any Mercedes-Benz cars - not a single one. It does not read any MB Fob either.

Worked well but wouldn't work on a t4 transporter and that's what my business deals with so returned it.
