Beautiful! Exchange was handled easily.
Received item damaged. It had leaked and the music box did not work. (I love in a cold climate and it was delivered during a very cold period. This likely contributed to the damage from partial freezing). I submitted for a replacement, and received the replacement very quickly. The process of returning the damaged one was very easy. The new one was in perfect condition. It's very beautiful, and the gift recipient is incredibly happy with it!

I bought this snow globe for my seven year old daughter's birthday. She collects snow globes but is also a huge fan of Mary Poppins! She absolutely loves it and the little song it plays "let's go fly a kite" is beautiful. There are so many little details on this snow globe and it really looks like she is floating on a cloud.❤️ I am so happy with this purchase!
