I was very disappointed with this product.I did not see any results when I used it with my intermittent fasting.It did not support any of the claims the product description claimed it too!I was hopeful after reading some of the reviews but other than it not tasing horrible I should have just donated the $120.00 to a charity at Christmas.Don't waste your money.

Not sure but something seems weird about the product, definitely makes me less hungry and gives me energy but my mental state feels kind of strange after taking. Not sure if that’s the product’s fault though. Also tastes pretty terrible. Worth it I guess if you really need extra energy but want to stay in ketosis and not eat calories

KetoneAid has proven to be an invaluable weapon in my Arsenal and tool in my belt as a younger, 100% plant-based/vegan mountain/ultra/trail runner.
