Escape from Alcatraz Maze Jigsaw Puzzle 1000pc

This would be a great puzzle if it had all the pieces. Unfortunately, I purchased it from Amazon Warehouse Deals as a puzzle in 'good' condition. The box was taped shut - but not securely. There was one puzzle piece roaming free inside the outer box when I opened it, and there were two pieces missing when we were finished putting it together. I gave it 4 stars because it was a very nice puzzle to do and looks nice when completed - except for the two missing pieces, I would certainly recommend it for purchase as "new". My guess is that in "new" condition the pieces would come sealed in a plastic bag.

This is a cool idea, I'm working on the puzzle now, so for it has been a good challang, which is what I was looking for

This is one of the easier 1000pc puzzles, fun for mixed-skill groups.The puzzle itself contains descriptions of places and techniques prisoners could use to escape The Rock, which are interesting in themselves. The "decoder disc" is simply a transparent red disc: We were unable to find any "hidden clues" on the finished puzzle [shrug], but the mazes and the accompanying directions were fairly straightforward, and not too much of a challenge for your average adult.
